Integrative Processing Technique
An integrated approach to all those disparate feelings of yours.
What is IPT?
The Integrative Processing Technique (IPT) is a four-step process that helps to identify and address the emotionally significant experiences of our past.
These experiences could have been consciously jarring or seemingly mundane, but all of which were pivotal moments in life where we formed beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. More importantly, many of these beliefs are negatively affecting us today!
In what feels like a very engaging and interactive guided meditation, IPT helps to unpack the unhelpful and rebuild more beneficial beliefs.
IPT brings healing through the blending of many methods including:
Behavioral Kinesiology (John Diamond, M.D.)
Languages and clears emotions
Identifies schemas (Jeffrey Young, Ph.D.)
Works with parts of self (Richard Schwartz, Ph.D.)
Brings somatic resolution (Peter Levine, Ph.D.)
Taps into the power of mindfulness (Jon Kabat- Zinn, Ph.D.)
Heightens sensorimotor body awareness (Pat Ogden, Ph.D. and Mary Jo Barrett)
Reinforces psychoeducation that helps clients understand the science behind the healing capability of the brain
(As is stated on the IHA website)
“She helps facilitate the conversations that you need to have with yourself”

What to Expect in Your Session
1
Self Directed
We will meet one-on-one in a confidential setting to address either a specific concern you’re having or a more generalized issue. No need to overthink this, you don’t need to come prepared!
2
Virtual Appointments
Plan for two hours for your first appointment and 90 minutes for each subsequent appointment.
Sessions are conducted over zoom.
3
Personal Growth
Healing is something that takes time so don’t expect to overcome all your challenges in one session. We trust the process and know that your body will heal in the order and time frame that is best for you.
Jessica’s Experience with IPT
“The Integrative Processing Technique surprised me in so many ways. It truly is a different way to look at life.”
Four Step Process
IPT or The Integrative Processing Technique was designed to help individuals unpack unprocessed emotions and limiting beliefs in a potent four step process.
1
Gather Information
The first step in a processing session is where we will identify any specific goals you have for your session. I will then use a technique known as muscle testing, also known as behavioral kinesiology, to determine a specific age for us to explore in our session. I will gather a bit of information about your life at that age.
2
Speak Out Feelings
Together, you and I will delve into the belief systems, choices, and emotional perceptions that have been associated with the determined age.
I will ask no probing questions at any time in the session. Every portion of the process is self directed and you can choose to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Through the use of precise language and visualization techniques, I will help guide you towards releasing negative emotions and patterns of imbalance, including generational patterns.
3
Role Play
Step three involves role-playing. This is much less awkward than it sounds! Essentially, this exercise allows you to see the circumstances of your process from the perspective of others, enabling you to integrate the insights gained throughout the session. Often this results in a profound sense of emotional maturation and overall well-being.
4
Closure
In the final step of our process we will work to reconnect the renewed portion of our inner child with our present day self. This is often a great time to feel the progress that has been made in the session and reinforce the lessons learned during the process.
Important Note
It's important to note that while our techniques are powerful and transformative, they are not intended to diagnose, prescribe, or replace the advice of licensed medical professionals. We work in harmony with medical practitioners and provide complementary support to help you achieve optimal well-being.
