Certified IPT Facilitator

Hi, I’m Austi

CERTIFIED IPT FACILITATOR - What led me to IPT

I was doing some real soul searching near the end of 2019. I had been through two of the emotionally hardest years of my life and was feeling deep grief almost daily. One morning, I woke up feeling a strong push to make mental and emotional health the primary focus of my 2020 goals and that’s what I did!

After considering several options, I was led to enroll in the Institute of Healing Arts Integrative Processing Certification course. This class was a year-long intensive training course covering everything from muscle testing to inner-child work.

While 2020 was an absolute doozy of a year for the entire world, I found myself mentally shifting for the better and recharging. I was discarding unhelpful beliefs and healing from my grief. It was a challenging year for the whole world and yet, I was feeling better than I had in the last 5. All that focus I put on improving my own emotional wellbeing allowed me to have an almost peaceful 2020.

So, if you’re feeling that same push to prioritize your emotional health - I’d love to help you on that journey.

"Austi is the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. My sessions with her have always left me feeling refreshed and hopeful.

IPT Certification

I received my certification as a Facilitator in the Integrative Processing Technique from the Institute of Healing Arts in 2020.

The IPT certification is a year long, 635+ hour commitment. During that time I participated in 100+ IPT sessions (ages 1 month to 85 years), read many required books and resources on various forms of healing and mental and emotional health techniques, shadowed certified facilitator sessions with real clients, participated in classroom instruction, and volunteered at trainings for both adults and children.

Additional (Related) Certifications

Since the IPT certification process I have continued to sharpen my skills, study, work with clients and engage in supplemental forms of training.

Pending and prior certifications include:

5 Keystones for Health

The 5 Keystones for Health weekend training course with Kimberly Watts teaches a free-form muscle testing approach to identifying imbalances between our physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental bodies. By identifying the source of our imbalances we can better begin addressing the healing process from the inside out.
