Want to Help Someone?
There are seasons in life when we just need a little bit of help.
If you would like to help someone, but don’t know how, consider making a contribution of ANY size.
The money received through this page will be put toward providing mental health services, sessions, and resources to individuals and families who could use a boost.
Why Donating Matters
My Story…
In late 2021 my husband was suddenly thrown into the thick of a major health crisis. He lost his job because of it, and I ultimately had to resign from mine in order to be a 24/7 care taker. In what seemed like an instant our life savings was out the door - paying for medical care in many shapes and forms. New medical bills were piling up and my own mental health was being stretched to the brink in order to keep a roof over our heads and food in our bellies.
I simply couldn’t afford therapy, energy work, or any of my usual mental health go-to’s.
I was profoundly humbled at the generosity and concern shown from many of my family and friends. But family and friends aren’t always sustainable support, especially when the “hard days” extend into months and even years.
When our budget was squeezed, therapy, energy work, coaching, etc. was one of the first things to go. And yet, I knew it was the thing we needed in order to get through what was a truly traumatic and exhausting two years.
That’s why I’ve provided a way to contribute.
The money that comes in from this page will be exclusively used for helping individuals and families who are trying their hardest to get by, but simply can’t justify the expense of mental health.
A donation of any kind will help.
Thank you in advance for your generosity. Bless you.
